This stamp shows a gothic chapel placed in an unlikely spot, halfway up the trunk of a leafless tree. The contrast between the solid stonework and the bare branches gives the image an uncanny, dreamlike quality that suits mystical or spooky compositions.
The stamp is by Lavinia Stamps and is part of Midnight Coven. The chapel works well in scenes with a dark, fairytale tone, and pairs naturally with other motifs from the collection.
The stamp measures 4.5 × 10 cm. Use it for card making, art journaling and mixed media, for instance as a focal point in an autumn or winter layout with bare branches and dim light.
